With more than 10 years of real estate experience, I bring a little more to the table than your typical Realtor.

In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, I'm also a licensed general contractor, HVAC technician, and septic system inspector and installer. That hands-on experience gives me a unique perspective when evaluating a property. I understand not only the real estate transaction, but also how homes are built, how their major systems work, what problems to look for, and what improvements may actually make sense.

My experience includes residential sales, new construction, land, investment properties, renovations, and working with buyers and sellers throughout North Carolina.

I believe real estate advice should be straightforward and practical. Whether you're buying your first home, evaluating a property that needs work, building something new, or preparing a home to sell, my goal is to help you understand your options and make a well-informed decision.

Outside of real estate and construction, I tend to stay moving. I'm an airplane pilot, race car driver and builder, paraglider pilot, kiteboarder, and general adventure seeker. Whether it's on the ground, in the air, or somewhere in between, I've always enjoyed learning how things work and taking on the next challenge.
